Each session is expertly crafted to meet the evolving goals of every client. First time clients will receive an empowering crash course in the lymphatic system and resources for lymphatic self care to optimize results.
Lymphatic bodywork can benefit postop healing, trauma recovery, chronic injury/pain , gut imbalance, chronic autoimmune disorders, Lymphedema, and Lipedema and so much more.
​Clients must come hydrated, having abstained from alcohol for 48 hours, and minimized caffeine for 24 hours.
Sessions start at $100 for 45 minutes and range to $180 for 90 minutes​
I do offer discounts for educators, caregivers, and military families; as well as those diagnosed with cancer, Lymphedema, or Lipedema.
Those actively receiving chemotherapy, or who have a known kidney, liver, or heart issue must seek doctor's permission before scheduling.
Transformational Massage
An immersive, full body session customized with a blend of techniques that may include Swedish Massage, Scar Release, Lymphatic Drainage, Energy Work, and other modalities.
Each session is structured to address client goals, bring deep relaxation, and facilitate lasting relief from pain and tension. After sessions, clients can expect to leave with personalized suggestions and resources for additional support.
Sessions start at $80 for 45 minutes and range to $150 for 90 minutes​*
Energy Work
A still touch therapy utilizing an intuitive series of hand placements for extended time, often integrated with some gentle massage techniques for deeper relaxation. When the body experiences still touch, it has an aptitude to fall into the parasympathetic nervous system - a system that facilitates deep healing and release. This session can benefit those experiencing stress, anxiety, grief, loss, trouble sleeping, and depression.
Sessions start at $100 for 60 minutes*
Onsite Chair Massage
Great for group gatherings, employee appreciation, or team building.
Chair massage is an accessible way to offer relaxation and relief. Sessions can be customized to range from 7 to 45 minutes depending on group size and budget. Please email me for questions and scheduling at LMTBrenda@gmail.com.
Rates start $400 for 2 hour, with subsequent hours being $150 each. Travel fees are calculated separately.
